Criteria for Accepting Returns:

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions unless the product has defects or quality issues:

  • The item must be in a resalable condition.
  • All product tags must be intact.
  • The product must not have been worn, used, or washed.
  • Accessories must be free from damage or stains. You can return the item within 30 days after receiving it at Trends.
  • A 30% administrative fee will be charged on all returns per package.
  • Please contact us before returning any items.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Otherwise, the shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Customized sizes or materials cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, FORCE10 bracelet bands cannot be returned.

If there is a defect or damage upon shipping, please report it within 30 days of receiving the item along with photographic proof of the defect, and we will provide a replacement. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for items that are too small or too large. We provide complete size information, and it is the customer’s responsibility to measure before purchasing.

Refund Details:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items. Upon receiving the returned item, Trends will refund the original purchase price minus a 30% administrative fee. If the shipping address provided during checkout is inaccurate or incomplete, Trends will not issue a refund unless the order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Trends. In the event of a lost package within the United States, we will offer a replacement or refund; this policy only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

Exchange Policy:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us first for approval. Once the exchange is approved, please print out your email invoice and return it along with the item to us, noting on the invoice which item you would like to exchange. Once we receive your return, we will review your request within 48 hours and send you the new product.

Reasons for Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges:

  • Products that do not meet the "30-day unconditional return" criteria.
  • Products that have been improperly used, including but not limited to exposure to chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents, or cooking oils, or products that are overheated.
  • Products not sold by our store.
  • Products that have external scratches from hard objects or internal wear that causes looseness or cracking.
